  • Dr. Gibran A. Garcia Mendoza possesses a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Education from the International Christian University (ICU) in Japan, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from the Benito Juárez Autonomous University of Oaxaca (UABJO) in Mexico. He has served as a Spanish Teaching Assistant at Albion College in the United States through the Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant Program (FLTA) administered by the Institute of International Education (IIE). Currently, Dr. Garcia Mendoza is engaged as a full-time lecturer at Toyo University and as a part-time lecturer at Aoyama Gakuin University.
