    研究期間５年間のうちの３年目である2021（令和３）年度は、中華人民共和国の北京市において、１）外的要因により転居し、長期滞在している邦人を対象とした日本の居住文化の継承および変容実態の把握を目的とした住まい方調査、ならびに居住文化に対する意識および住まい方の工夫を把握するヒアリング調査、２）日系不動産会社に対する、邦人が居住するサービスアパートメントの立地特性および、その変遷を把握するヒアリング調査を実施する計画であった。 今年度も前年度と同様に、新型コロナウイルス感染症の世界的拡大によって渡航が不可能となり、現地調査ができない状況となった。しかし、このままでは研究が全く進まなくなるため、暫定措置として、前々年度のハノイ調査で得たデータを基にアンケートを作成し、遠隔による調査を実施した。 前年度はベトナム社会主義共和国のホーチミン市において、遠隔での調査を試みたものの調査対象者の確保ができず実施できなかったが、今年度は異なり、ハノイ調査時と同じ日系不動産会社の協力を得て、21軒の調査対象者を確保することができた。 そこでまず、全調査対象者にメールによりアンケートを送信回収。その中から承諾を得られた調査対象者から住戸内外の写真の提供を受け、さらにZoomによるヒアリングも実施した。一方、日系不動産会社ともZoomによるヒアリング調査を実施することができた。 以上の通り、当初の計画通りの現地調査は叶わなかったが、最低限のデータを入手することはできた。 前々年度のハノイ調査および今年度の北京のデータを基に、日本建築学会大会および同北海道支部研究発表会に梗概を投稿し、研究成果を発表した。また、調査に参加した室蘭工業大学の大学院生により修士論文もまとめられた。

    Although the construction of high-rise apartment in Japan has rapid progress in urban areas since the 2000s, there is concern that the "isolated living issues " will become apparent in the near future due to the privacy-oriented design and the aging of residents. The aim of this research is to be focused on the super high-rise apartment of four Asian cities, read the actual conditions of planning characteristics and space use, and find the relationship between climate, life, and consciousness of residents, and get solutions to the above issues. In these cities, there are many cases and learnings in the design of common spaces and facilities on the upper floors, but the planning and use of them is strong connection with urban policies, the standards of fire evacuation and greening, management concepts, climate and residents’ lifestyle, etc. In addition, regarding the problem of old age, we’ve got hints such as complexity of functions, linking residents’ care and community management.

    This study clarified that both of new heating system and mode of urban life have changed the territory between old and young generation at farmhouse in northeast China. The kitchen, entrance and bed room with kang have got the diversity to build up some new spaces and territories. Some farm villages in Niigata forms their new relationships to be mutual by changing multi layered networks between houses and family members. The system of space and village fabric inherent a sustainable system that traditional farmhouse have been adapting recent living conditions from traditional systems, and by inheritance of their house to next generations.

    The Hanoi City and its periphery are in the midst of rapid economic development and modernization but stillretain rich traditional culture. In order to preserve the traditional culture while adapting to modern life style, this research focused on town planning through dwelling survey, devising conservation plan, andtransfer of conservation techniques based on the specific cooperation request from the Vietnamese government. The results of the activities are as follows: 1. Duong Lam Village was designated as the first rural village national cultural asset in Vietnam in November of 2005, and a relics management office was established in June of the following year. Currently, the conservation activities are continued through assistance from Japan Foundation and JICA Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteer program. 2. Hanoi's 36 Guild Streets Area was designated as national cultural asset in 2004, and through attainment of new research fund, continued assistance is provided toward ancient quarter management office and residents' organizations. 3. Survey on urban apartment complex was carried out jointly with Vietnamese Ministry of Construction. Cooperation toward construction of new apartment complex was carried out and still being continuedthrough dispatching of JICA experts and holding of symposiums and design competitions. In the research report, Hanoi City and its periphery were categorized into 8 districts and guideline on town planning was proposed.
