    本研究は、公教育における先端技術の導入がマイノリティの子どもや教師・学校、家族・地域・市民社会に及ぼす影響（構造変容等）を理論的・ 実証的に明らかにし、マイノリティの包摂可能性を明示することを目的としている。2021年度はとくに、次の３つのサブテーマを掲げ、研究を行った。 第１は「移民の社会統合における公教育の役割－ウィズ／ポストコロナ時代における包摂的な政策と実践を展望する－」（額賀美紗子と高橋史子が担当）、第2は「コミュニティ形成における協同と教育の再検討」（堀本麻由子と山名淳が担当）、第3は「技術革新とエンハンスメントの時代における教育学の課題―「個別最適化された学び」は公教育に何をもたらすか―」（木村元と斎藤里美が担当）である。いずれも日本教育学会第80回大会（2021年8月）において課題研究を組織し、シンポジスト、指定討論者、および多数の参加者をまじえて討議を行った。これらの成果については、日本教育学会の『教育学研究』において公開予定である。 また、移民の社会統合プロセスを解明するため、移民第二世代の若者たちの経験がどのような教育・職業達成にむすびついたかを、とくに移民第二世代の中の多様性に着目しながら考察した。具体的には、このテーマで膨大な調査データを報告した先行研究『日本社会の移民第二世代―エスニシティ間比較でとらえる「ニューカマー」の子どもたちの今』をグループ全体で分析考察し、研究の枠組みを深めた。 さらに2021年度後半には、公教育における先端技術導入とマイノリティの包摂可能性に関する実証的研究として、離島におけるICT活用が及ぼす公教育とコミュニティ形成への影響に関する調査を実施した。具体的には、山名および堀本が隠岐島前教育魅力化プロジェクト関係者へのインタビュー調査と関係各所への訪問調査を行った。またその調査結果を本研究グループで報告し、共有をはかった。

    本研究は、女性リーダーの信念や価値観を振り返る意識変容の学習過程の特性を明らかにし、社会教育・生涯学習機関と人材育成関連企業との協働的アクションリサーチによって、女性リーダーの省察的学習過程を支える学習プログラムと学習支援方法を構築することを目的としている。 2021年度は、リーダーとしての動機付けを支える意識変容学習過程の明確化するために、女性管理職7名（いずれも女性起業家）の信念・価値観の意識変容に関するインタビュー調査を行った。そしてリーダーとしての意識変容の学習過程についてグランデッド・セオリー・アプローチを用いて分析を行った。その結果、女性リーダーの動機付け、価値観、資質の３点に着目することで、日本女性のリーダーシップ育成における省察的実践過程のモデルを再検討した。その結果、現時点での調査結果の中間まとめを、International Transformative Learning Association(ITLA)（国際大会：2022年4月オンライン開催）で共同研究者の中村よしえ博士と発表（paper presentation)した。また省察的実践に基づいた女性管理職の育成方法に関する研究論文と女性社会起業家のリーダーシップ育成モデルの実践への応用に関する研究報告を専門誌（女性学習財団発行）に掲載した。 さらに、東洋大学社会貢献センターのリカレント教育プログラムの一つとして女性管理職や女性リーダー育成プログラムを提案し、2022年度にアクションリサーチとして取り組むための準備を進めることができた。

    This study aimed to embody the realization of Work-Life Balance (WLB) as a learning theme for adult education. Unfortunately, the pandemic of COVID-19 prevented us from conducting case studies. However, through a theoretical study, it was clarified that WLB is not only the subject of labor policy and family policy, but also an important theme in terms of both policy and practice for social education research including community life. Furthermore, in positioning WLB as a learning issue for adults, the following perspectives were shown to be effective; They are situation surrounding the family such as changes of gender norms and the "standard family", the right to decide how to use time, and social spaces for learning beyond the corporation.
