  • Gibran A. Garcia Mendoza holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Education from the International Christian University (ICU), Japan, and a Bachelor’s degree in TEFL from the Benito Juárez Autonomous University of Oaxaca (UABJO), Mexico. He has worked as a Spanish Teaching Assistant at Albion College in the US, through the Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant Program (FLTA) of the Institute of International Education (IIE). He currently works as a lecturer at Toyo University, Japan.
