However, switching foods is possible since they chases only IDs attached onto foods. Therefore, we have been developing a system to identify geographical origin of vegetables using their trace element compositions. Since trace, very small quantity element compositions in the soil differ from places, it differ that trace element compositions absorbed by plants along with their growth. So, they can be used to identify geographical origin. In this paper, we describe a computer friendly identification method rather than used by chemists, and we describe our system that identifies by comparison of two trace element compositions, measured in a farm and doubtful one's.
